The Process

How It Works

Three steps, all of them possible from your phone. There's no account to create and no obligation at any point.

The Process

Selling Your Furniture Is Simple

  1. 1

    Send Photos

Text photos of your furniture straight from your phone — no forms to fill out.

  2. 2

    We Review It

We'll review the brand, style, condition, age, location, and resale potential.

  3. 3

Get an Offer & Arrange Pickup

If the furniture is a good fit, we'll contact you about an offer and possible pickup.

Taking good photos

A few pictures do the work

  • Shoot in daylight with the overhead lights on
  • Take one photo of the full piece straight on
  • Add close-ups of the surface, corners, and any wear
  • Photograph any label, stamp, or tag on the underside
  • Include a wide shot of the room if you're selling several pieces

What happens after you submit

Your submission goes straight to us with the photos attached. We review the brand, style, condition, age, quantity, your location, and what pickup would involve. If the furniture looks like a fit, we'll contact you using the phone number you provided to talk about an offer and scheduling.

Response times vary, but clear photos, your ZIP code, the condition, and a few furniture details help us review submissions more quickly. Submitting information does not guarantee an offer, and you're never obligated to accept one.

Being Straightforward

Not Every Piece Is a Fit

We're furniture buyers rather than a general junk-removal service, so we focus on items with good resale potential.

Not sure? Send photos anyway. We'll take a look.

Items that may not qualify

  • Heavily stained upholstery
  • Furniture with strong smoke or pet odors
  • Mattresses
  • Broken furniture
  • Very low-value particleboard furniture
  • Severely worn upholstery
  • Certain outdated entertainment centers
  • Items requiring extensive repair
